Join us for a unique opportunity this summer as BalletCollective hosts a movement class in the garden. This class, led by two world class dancers, is open to all adults regardless of dance experience. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a complete beginner, this class will offer insightful instruction and a chance to engage with movement in a supportive and inspiring environment. Class will end with a Q&A session, offering insights in to the artistry and lifestyle of a professional dancer.
BalletCollective, the New York-based interdisciplinary arts nonprofit known for its collaborative model, commissions emerging, established and acclaimed choreographers, composers, writers and visual artists to collaborate on ballet-based works. BalletCollective’s work has been presented by the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Joyce Theater, NYU Skirball Center, Guggenheim Works & Process, PEAK Performances, Guggenheim Bilbao, Vail Dance Festival, the Fire Island Dance Festival, and the Savannah Music Festival.
